We are happy to discuss all of our payment options over the phone, but the most common ways to pay for our in home care services include:

• Private Pay – Many families finance in home care themselves. While care in the home is often less expensive than institutional care, costs do vary depending on the type of care required and the number of hours needed. We are here to help you calculate the out-of-pocket costs and find methods to reduce them if possible. We encourage families to call our office to discuss the components of a personalized care plan and the need for specialized care, companion care, personal care, or respite care.

• VA Benefits — Veterans and their surviving spouses may be eligible for VA benefits to assist with the cost of in home care. VA programs are available to those who meet their specific qualifications. We can work directly with the VA to determine your eligibility and to get the process started

• Long-Term Care Insurance – Long-term care insurance may help cover some of the costs associated with in home care. People with long-term care insurance have likely been paying into the policy for many years. We work with insurance companies to confirm your coverage and to bill them directly, so you don’t have to worry about the payments. 

• Michigan Medicaid- All homecare services through Michigan Medicaid are FREE  for eligible individuals. If you qualify, you can access essential services without any costs.
